Orlando Apopka Airport Weblog
First Landings Aviation
First Landings Aviation, a sport pilot flight school founded in May at Orlando Apopka Airport (X04) in Florida, has added a Gobosh 700S to its fleet. The addition of the Gobosh allows the school to offer both low-wing training in the Gobosh and high-wing training in a Remos G3 600. The Gobosh also adds diversity, as the cockpit is laid out in a standard six-pack, as compared to the Remos’ full glass cockpit with dual Dynon displays. “We chose the Gobosh due to its solid flight characteristics, fantastic cruise speed and fuel economy, and due to its rugged nature.” says Chris Esposito, chief pilot and co-owner of First Landings Aviation. “A lot of students and pilots are more comfortable in a metal airplane with conventional gauges, and we wanted to make sure we were offering our students a choice. The Gobosh is a conventional airplane with unconventional performance, which is why we pursued it.” For more information: 407-362-8722 or FirstLandings.comFirst Landings adds Gobosh to fleet
