Location of Apopka Aviation and Flight Services

Apopka Aviation is based at the Orlando Apopka Airport (X04) in Hanger #77 although its services expand into several small airports around the same area to include Bob White (X61), Orlando North, Flying Gators field, and Quest Hang Gliding Airpark. By supporting the other local airports Apopka Aviation has a larger source to draw upon resources and offer its own services. If you have your own aircraft Apopka Aviation will come to you at your location.

The Orlando Apopka Airport has two runways (15-33) which have displaced thresh holds and are 3165’x 100’. Currently the airport is going under some large construction. For more information on the runway click here!

   

As mentioned before, Orlando Apopka Airport is the perfect training environment, being outside the Orlando airspace. On the other hand, the town of Apopka, and Altamonte Springs are just a short drive away to get to hotels and restaurants.
